GEOD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to GEOD (Get Everything On Discount).

GEOD is an online marketplace platform that connects customers with nearby local merchants and service providers. By accessing or using GEOD's website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

GEOD

Means the online marketplace platform operated by Vidisha Global Enterprises.

Customer

Means any individual or entity purchasing products or services through GEOD.

Merchant

Means any registered seller, shop owner, vendor, or service provider listed on GEOD.

Delivery Partner

Means any individual or organization involved in delivering orders.

2. Platform Nature

GEOD operates as a marketplace platform.

GEOD facilitates:

Product discovery.
Merchant listings.
Order placement.
Payment collection.
Delivery coordination.

GEOD does not manufacture products listed by merchants.

Product ownership remains with the merchant until delivery.

3. User Eligibility

Users must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate information.
Maintain account confidentiality.
Use the platform legally and responsibly.

GEOD reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false information.

4. Account Registration

Users may register using:

Mobile Number.
Email Address.
OTP Verification.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

5. Orders

Orders placed through GEOD are subject to:

Product availability.
Merchant confirmation.
Serviceability of delivery location.

GEOD reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Pricing errors.
Inventory mismatch.
Fraud suspicion.
Technical issues.

6. Pricing

Prices displayed on GEOD are provided by merchants.

Although GEOD strives for accuracy, pricing errors may occur.

In case of an incorrect price, GEOD reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund.

7. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

UPI.
Debit Cards.
Credit Cards.
Net Banking.
Wallet Balance.
Cash on Delivery (where available).

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

8. Open Box Delivery

For eligible orders, customers may inspect products at the time of delivery.

Open Box Delivery allows:

Verification of product condition.
Verification of product quantity.
Verification of visible damage.

Acceptance of the order after inspection shall be treated as successful delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds shall be governed by the GEOD Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Certain categories may be non-returnable.

10. GEOD Wallet & Coins

Customers may receive promotional GEOD Coins.

GEOD Coins:

Have no cash value.
Cannot be transferred.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
May expire as per promotional terms.

GEOD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any reward program.

11. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for:

Product quality.
Product authenticity.
Product descriptions.
Inventory accuracy.
Warranty claims.

GEOD acts only as a facilitator.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Submit false information.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Abuse platform services.
Post unlawful content.
Engage in fraudulent transactions.

Violation may result in permanent suspension.

13. Intellectual Property

The GEOD name, logo, trademarks, designs, content, and software are the intellectual property of Vidisha Global Enterprises.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

GEOD shall not be liable for:

Merchant disputes.
Product defects.
Delivery delays caused by external factors.
Network outages.
Force majeure events.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall be subject to courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
