To maintain a safe and lawful marketplace, certain products are strictly prohibited from being listed, advertised, sold, or distributed through GEOD.
1. Strictly Prohibited Products
Illegal Products
The following products are strictly prohibited:
- Stolen goods
- Smuggled goods
- Illegal imports
- Counterfeit products
Weapons & Dangerous Goods
The following items are prohibited:
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Explosives
- Fireworks (without authorization)
- Weapons of any kind
Drugs & Narcotics
The following substances are prohibited:
- Illegal drugs
- Narcotics
- Controlled substances without authorization
Tobacco Products
The following tobacco-related products are prohibited where restricted by law:
- Cigarettes
- Cigars
- Gutka
- Pan Masala containing tobacco
- Nicotine products
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless specifically authorized by applicable laws and approved by GEOD.
Adult Content
The following content and products are prohibited:
- Pornographic material
- Sexually explicit products
- Obscene content
Counterfeit Products
The following products are prohibited:
- Fake branded products
- Unauthorized replicas
- Trademark-infringing goods
Restricted Medicines
The following healthcare-related products are prohibited:
- Prescription drugs without authorization
- Unlicensed healthcare products
Hazardous Materials
The following materials are prohibited:
- Toxic chemicals
- Corrosive substances
- Radioactive materials
2. Enforcement
GEOD may take the following actions against prohibited products:
- Remove listings immediately.
- Suspend merchant accounts.
- Permanently ban vendors.
- Report violations to authorities.
