GEOD WALLET & GEOD COINS POLICY

Effective Date: 3rd May 2026

This GEOD Wallet & GEOD Coins Policy governs the use of the GEOD Wallet and GEOD Coins offered through GEOD (Get Everything On Discount), operated by Vidisha Global Enterprises.

By using the GEOD Wallet or GEOD Coins, users agree to this Policy, the Terms & Conditions, and all other applicable GEOD policies.

1. Definitions

GEOD Wallet

A digital wallet feature available within the GEOD platform that may be used for eligible purchases and promotional benefits.

GEOD Coins

Promotional reward units issued by GEOD that may be redeemed against eligible purchases as per applicable promotional rules.

User

Any registered customer using the GEOD platform.

2. Nature of GEOD Coins

GEOD Coins are:

Promotional reward points.
Issued solely at GEOD's discretion.
Not legal tender.
Not electronic money.
Not bank deposits.
Not investment instruments.

GEOD Coins are intended only for promotional and customer engagement purposes.

3. Wallet Recharge

Users may recharge their GEOD Wallet using approved payment methods such as:

UPI
Debit Card
Credit Card
Net Banking
Other approved payment methods

Minimum recharge amount, maximum limits, and promotional offers may be determined by GEOD from time to time.

4. Promotional Coin Benefits

GEOD may offer bonus coins during promotional campaigns.

Promotional ratios may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Redemption of GEOD Coins

GEOD Coins may be redeemed:

Against eligible purchases.
On selected merchants.
On selected categories.
During specific promotional campaigns.

GEOD reserves the right to:

Limit coin usage per order.
Restrict coin redemption on specific products.
Introduce minimum order value conditions.

6. Coin Usage Restrictions

GEOD Coins:

Cannot be converted into cash.
Cannot be transferred to another user.
Cannot be sold or traded.
Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
Cannot be pledged or assigned.

Any attempt to misuse Coins may result in account suspension.

7. Coin Validity

GEOD may specify validity periods for promotional Coins.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional Coins may expire after a specified period.
Expired Coins shall automatically lapse.
Expired Coins cannot be restored.

GEOD may, at its sole discretion, extend validity during promotional campaigns.

8. Wallet Balance

Wallet balances may be used only within the GEOD platform for eligible transactions.

GEOD reserves the right to impose:

Maximum wallet balance limits.
Transaction limits.
Usage restrictions.

9. Refunds to Wallet

Where applicable, refunds may be credited:

To the original payment method.
To the GEOD Wallet.

The refund method shall be determined by GEOD based on transaction type and operational requirements.

10. Refund of GEOD Coins

Cancellation by Merchant

Used GEOD Coins may be restored to the user's account.

Cancellation by GEOD

Used GEOD Coins may be restored.

Cancellation by Customer

Coin restoration shall be subject to applicable promotional terms.

GEOD reserves the final right to determine restoration eligibility.

11. Promotional Abuse

The following activities are prohibited:

Creating multiple fake accounts.
Artificially generating transactions.
Exploiting technical loopholes.
Referral abuse.
Promotional misuse.
Fraudulent recharge activity.

GEOD may:

Reverse Coins.
Freeze Wallet balances.
Suspend accounts.
Initiate legal action.

12. Wallet Suspension

GEOD may temporarily or permanently suspend Wallet access where:

Fraud is suspected.
Regulatory compliance requires investigation.
Payment disputes arise.
Policy violations occur.

13. Inactive Accounts

If a user account remains inactive for an extended period, GEOD reserves the right to:

Restrict Wallet operations.
Request re-verification.
Suspend promotional benefits.

Any action shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Technical Errors

If Coins or Wallet balances are credited incorrectly due to:

Technical errors
System malfunction
Human error

GEOD reserves the right to:

Reverse incorrect credits.
Correct balances.
Adjust transaction records.

Such corrections may occur without prior notice.

15. No Guarantee of Future Benefits

GEOD does not guarantee:

Future promotional offers.
Continued availability of Coins.
Fixed redemption value.
Permanent Wallet services.

Programs may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

GEOD shall not be liable for:

Coin expiration.
Promotional changes.
Wallet service interruptions.
Technical issues beyond reasonable control.
Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

17. Modification of Policy

GEOD reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Updated versions shall be published on the GEOD website and mobile application.

Continued use of the Wallet or Coins shall constitute acceptance of revised terms.

18. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
