GEOD offers Open Box Delivery on eligible products to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
Open Box Delivery allows customers to inspect eligible products before accepting delivery.
1. What Can Be Checked?
Customers may verify:
- Correct Product
- Quantity
- Brand
- Size/Variant
- Visible Physical Damage
- Packaging Condition
2. What Cannot Be Checked?
Open Box Delivery inspection does not include:
- Product Usage
- Product Testing
- Installation
- Consumption of Product
- Detailed Functionality Testing
3. Customer Rights
Customers may reject delivery if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered
- Missing items
- Wrong quantity
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Inspect immediately.
- Complete inspection during delivery.
- Cooperate with delivery personnel.
5. Acceptance of Delivery
Once delivery is accepted:
- Visible damage complaints may not be accepted later.
- Hidden manufacturing defects remain covered under applicable return policies.
6. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants must:
- Pack products securely.
- Supply correct products.
- Cooperate in dispute investigations.
7. Delivery Partner Responsibilities
Delivery personnel shall:
- Allow reasonable inspection.
- Record customer acceptance/rejection.
- Upload proof where required.
8. Fraud Prevention
GEOD reserves the right to reject claims involving:
- False damage claims
- Product tampering after delivery
- Fraudulent return requests
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be reviewed based on:
- Delivery records
- Photographs
- OTP confirmations
- Customer and merchant statements
GEOD's decision shall be final, subject to applicable law.
