1. General Policy
  • Eligibility depends on product category & merchant policy
  • Customers should verify product details before ordering
  • Requests must be raised within the allowed time window
2. Non-Returnable Items
Generally Not Returnable
  • Grocery & perishable items
  • Opened or used consumables
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” by Merchant
3. Eligible for Return / Replacement
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Missing items in order
  • Subject to merchant approval & category rules
4. Request Process
  • Raise request via GEOD app or support
  • Provide order details & images (if required)
  • Verification may be done before approval
5. Request Time Window
  • Grocery & perishables: Same day
  • Apparel & footwear: 2–3 days
  • Electronics: As per vendor warranty
  • Late requests may be rejected
6. Replacement & Refund
  • Replacement depends on stock availability
  • Delivery timelines may vary
  • Refund initiated if replacement not possible
  • Refunds follow GEOD Refund Policy
7. Responsibilities
  • Check products at delivery time
  • Report issues immediately
  • Return items in original condition
  • Merchants must resolve genuine issues
