  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Repeated cancellations may lead to penalties

  • Fraud detection or security concerns
  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Technical or serviceability issues
4. Refund Policy for Customers
Eligible Refunds
  • Successful order cancellation
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed
  • Non-delivery of product
  • Wrong or damaged product (approval required)
Non-Refundable
  • Incorrect delivery details
  • Customer unavailable at delivery time
  • Post-acceptance quality complaints (perishables)
5. Refund Timeline
  • Wallet: 1–3 working days
  • Bank / UPI: 5–7 working days
  • Timeline may vary by provider
6. Returns & Delivery Impact
  • Delivery fees may not be refundable after pickup
  • Delivery partners may be compensated
  • Refunds adjusted against merchant settlements
