Delivery Partner Agreement

GEOD (Get Everything on Discount)
This Delivery Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between GEOD and the individual registering as a Delivery Partner on the GEOD platform.

1. Eligibility & Onboarding
  • Delivery partner must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid mobile number and identity verification are mandatory
  • Valid driving license and vehicle documents are required where applicable
  • GEOD reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend onboarding
2. Nature of Relationship
  • Delivery partners are independent service providers, not employees of GEOD
  • Nothing in this agreement creates an employer–employee relationship
  • Delivery partners are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and liabilities
3. Delivery Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver orders safely and on time
  • Verify order details before pickup and delivery
  • Maintain hygiene, professionalism, and respectful behavior
  • Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines at all times
4. Earnings & Payments
  • Earnings are based on completed deliveries
  • Payout structure, incentives, and bonuses (if any) will be communicated separately
  • Payments will be settled as per the defined payout cycle
  • Failed or cancelled deliveries may impact earnings as per policy
5. Cancellations & Failed Deliveries
  • Payout rules may vary due to customer unavailability or incorrect address
  • Repeated delivery failures may result in warnings or suspension
  • Delivery fees may not be payable for cancelled orders after pickup
6. Use of Location Data
  • Live location tracking is enabled only during active deliveries
  • Location data is used only for tracking, safety, and support
  • GEOD does not track delivery partners outside delivery hours
7. Code of Conduct
  • No misbehavior with customers, merchants, or GEOD staff
  • No tampering with orders or packages
  • No fake accounts or account sharing
  • No fraudulent or illegal activities
8. Ratings & Performance Monitoring
  • Performance evaluated via delivery time, ratings, and complaints
  • Poor performance may lead to deactivation
9. Suspension & Termination
  • False information or documents
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Fraud, theft, or misconduct
  • Partners may stop using the platform anytime
10. Limitation of Liability
  • Accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage
  • Personal losses during delivery
  • Third-party disputes
11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to Indian jurisdiction.
